Azure Cloud

BOSSII has the option to work cloud based, which simply means that the accessibility and the location of the data is not hosted within the confines of the venues 4 walls.

We choose to use the global giant, Microsoft Azure cloud servers primarily because BOSSII was written directly for a Microsoft environment and works wonderfully on the Microsoft Azure network of cloud servers.

This means that you get the benefit of data being saved on multiple servers at the same time and saved in multiple locations around Australia meaning the redundancy in case of Microsofts own hardware failing means zero downtime.

BOSSII can be accessed via any iOS or Android or Microsoft device that has an internet connection and importantly the critical information is encrypted and sits behind global firewalls so no chances of ransomware attacks and the like.
