An Important Update to Our Monthly Licence Fees

For the first time in more than 10 years, we will be increasing the monthly licence fees for BOSSII Point of Sale. We understand that any price increase is unwelcome, and this is not a decision we have made lightly.

Throughout the past decade, we have worked hard to keep our licence fees unchanged, despite the increasing cost of providing, maintaining and supporting our software. During this time, many of the suppliers and service providers we rely upon have increased their prices—not just once, but several times. Until now, we have absorbed these additional expenses without passing them on to our customers. Unfortunately, this is no longer sustainable, and we must now adjust our pricing to reflect the genuine cost of continuing to provide the product and level of service our customers expect.

As a business serving the hospitality industry, we regularly encourage our customers to review their own prices. The cost of ingredients, wages, rent, utilities and other essential services changes over time, and pricing must occasionally be adjusted to protect the sustainability and quality of the products and services being offered. We would be hypocritical if we did not follow that same responsible advice ourselves.

This adjustment will help us continue maintaining and improving BOSSII POS, supporting our customers and investing in the systems and services required to keep their businesses operating reliably. Our commitment remains the same: to provide dependable hospitality technology backed by knowledgeable, responsive and personal support.

The price rices will be brought in over next few billing cycles and will be kept as manageably low as possible.

We genuinely appreciate the loyalty and support our customers have shown us over many years. We recognise that rising costs affect every business, and we have kept this increase as reasonable as possible.
