Initial welcome

Hi all, thanks for reading this.  Please feel free to bookmark this page and return when you like or register your email address for new topics of conversation.

We will endeavour to bring topics to you that don’t often get repeated by other POS companies.  We are a unique hospitality POS company in so far as the directors are ex and current hospitality operators so we know exactly what you are going through.

From staff not showing up, to suppliers not delivering or delivering in the middle of service or customers not showing up on time or at all, we’ve seen all this and just like you, much more.

It’s an interesting industry to work in with challenges aplenty.  The most obvious one currently are the challenges with the Human Resources side of your business.  The labour drain and the skill levels of existing labour pool is a challenge that has progressively gotten worse over the last 20+ years in this industry.

I personally have some interesting thoughts on this that I will bring you soon and I won’t shy away from being honest with my opinions,  however would love to hear your thoughts on any of this or any other topic you wish to discuss.

Obviously we will give you information on POS but also we want to delve into your businesses on a different ore strategic level also.  Any discussion is not just based on a local Brisbane POS level but on a much larger scale as there arent many differences in problems that Brisbane Cafes, Pubs and Restaurants are having compared to Sydney Cafes, Pubs and Restaurants.
